My week went pretty good actually :)
My sister and my brother-in-law came up to York on Wednesday and Thursday to have a little look around the place, and they even got to meet my flatmates! I had lunch with them on the Wednesday and a McFlurry ((c) McDonalds, please don't sue me!!) with them on Thursday. I've had some good lectures/seminars/sitting-in-and-taking-notes-sessions, and it's all been quite good. There's just been one small problem.
I'm ill.
AGAIN.
Cough, cold, sore throat, sniffles, the lot (apart from chundering - sorry to those who were just having their dinner). I couldn't talk properly this morning because my nose and throat were that painful, but thankfully I got my voice back ready for the afternoon seminar (which I very nearly nodded off in. If the lecturer is reading this, sorry)!
I've nearly finished the first review since I finally got around to doing it, and the first review will be....the music review! The book review will be up as soon as I've finished the book, which isn't far away at all (promise!!). So keep reading the stuff as the music review will probably be within the next post or two - I won't reveal the name of the band yet, but one of the members now knows exactly who they are!! *suspense....!* :D
By the way, like I said a couple of posts ago, if you really want to let others know my blog exists, you can. Either share on facebook, retweet on twitter or....well...whatever blogger does to share stuff...oh yeah! You can follow my blog if you have a blogspot/blogger(/hopefully wordpress too) account!
